As a climbing instructor, I found it. Most use 41 to 44 XL Out of Touch is to avoid "waist. The way to do this go to a full body fall protection harnesses. This is the handling of a 50" waist. DBI Sala makes belt with anchor points at the front of the waist (warning may sound a few) disadvantages MFG chest. You can use a rescue to get fit to be (maybe).

However, there are loops in the harness, so I do not know if it's really good goals.
I looked at the speed of "Black Diamond Focus. It has two straps, is one on each side. Each side has an extra strap and a loop that provides a wide range of formats available in the fall. This is also in XXL - check this one on mine!
