I'll buy my first house, and wonders if it's true (I have read several articles say, but my lawyer and real estate or have never heard of him):

Shopping around for title insurance policy against the owners, which is only possible with the mortgage company / Lendore vote at the closing to.

He told me that my mortgage broker who has ever heard, and using their own resources, usually a flat rate in the industry. Am I the only chip in this line that I read all the sites or hurt? :-)

I called my insurance owners and see if they also own policy of title insurance, and what they want to compare.
